Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Dallas, TX to generate new business and build lasting client relationships. You will visit job sites and residential communities, present pest control solutions and tailor proposals to client needs.

Responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying leads, preparing proposals, and following up to close sales, while collaborating with branch and service teams to ensure smooth onboarding. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage a local territory, and meet performance goals while adhering to safety and company policies.
• Strong Sales Presentations skills and the ability to tailor proposals to customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business by prospecting, qualifying leads, and delivering in-person presentations.
• Visit job sites and residential communities to explain pest control services.
• Prepare proposals and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and respond to inquiries.
• Collaborate with branch and service teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while representing the brand.
