HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to generate residential pest-control sales in the Fort Worth area.

You’ll reach homeowners, build relationships, and explain product benefits while working independently in an outdoor setting. No prior sales experience is required as comprehensive training is provided; the role offers competitive pay and a full benefits package with 401(k) matching and opportunities for advancement.

Formación

• No experience required – training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners through patience and persistence
• Explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customers
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely for Pest Control Techs to create a delightful experience for the homeowner
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
• Do you like working outside and meeting new people?
• Can you work flexible hours and stay motivated, organized, and personable with all sorts of customers?
