Astound is hiring a door-to-door residential outside sales representative in Pennsylvania. You will represent a leading internet provider, drive in-person sign-ups, and earn uncapped commissions with a base salary of $38,816.34 and total On-Target Earnings up to $89,000. This full-time field role emphasizes autonomy, after ramp, with robust benefits and ongoing training. This position requires a valid driver’s license and mobility to travel within assigned territories.

Responsabilités

• Acquire new customers in a residential setting through face-to-face visits
• Proactively pursue provided leads and daily outreach efforts
• Understand property details and service needs within assigned portfolio
• Distribute marketing materials and support campaigns to build Astound brand
• Review contract language, service levels, and obligations with customers
• Articulate solutions to meet customer needs and close sign-ups
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report progress to management
• Maintain awareness of competitor activity in the market
• Protect territory and participate in training and mentoring programs
