Job summary

St. Louis County in Missouri is seeking a Residential Data Collector to support the residential appraisal team by gathering and analyzing property data. Qualifications

• One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Performs field inspections of single-family residential property to verify assessment records by reviewing, measuring and making necessary data changes.
• Performs inspections of single-family residential property where preliminary values indicate an increase of more than 15 percent by reviewing and verifying the physical characteristics, and interviewing property owners onsite.
• Responds to property owner inquiries in person and on the telephone.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
