Job summary

Riveon is seeking a Supervisory role at a MEN'S facility in Ohio to oversee daily operations and mentor staff. You will ensure rules are followed, coordinate maintenance, and support residents with daily living activities while collaborating with case managers.

The ideal candidate will have residential experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work flexible hours. Travel within the facility may be required, with on-site responsibilities predominant.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in a residential setting.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the mental health field and substance abuse required.
• Above average communication and written skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license with less than 6 points in 36 months.
• Favorable references and/or evaluations required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract workers at the facility.
• Review and enforce apartment rules and regulations.
• Report infractions to Residential Coordinator and Case Managers.
• Maintain control of key disbursement and inventory.
• Coordinate cleaning and safety inspections.
• Assist residents with ADL skills as needed.
• Plan social and recreational activities for residents.
• Provide site-specific training and feedback to staff.
• Ensure documentation is current and complete.
• Attend weekly Residential meetings and provide emergency backup.
