Job summary

Western National Property Management in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Facilities Tech) to perform maintenance across carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall and appliance repair. You’ll be hands-on, detail-oriented, and work with a team to keep our multimillion-dollar apartment communities in top condition.

• Hands-on maintenance experience across residential, commercial, or industrial facilities.
• Ability to work with team and communicate effectively with residents.
• Comfort with basic computer use, including Outlook; college degree welcome.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, emergency repairs, unit turnovers and asset preservation tasks.
• Coordinate with team to keep apartment communities in good condition.
• Maintain a can-do attitude and ensure repairs are done right the first time.
