Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance and grounds team; coordinate daily maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Lead execution of asset preservation objectives for the property.
• Mentor team members and manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure units are finished to high standards and maintain a safe work environment.
