Job summary

HeartShare is seeking a Centralized Maintenance Supervisor for Residential Programs in New York. You will lead and mentor a team of Maintenance Workers, assign daily work orders, and coordinate with onsite vendors to ensure safe, compliant facilities for residents and staff.

The role requires on-call availability for emergency repairs, strong leadership, and proficiency with TheWorxHub for work order and asset management. A valid driver’s license and OSHA-related training are expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of maintenance supervision experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Knowledge of NYS OCFS regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise Maintenance Workers.
• Prioritize, schedule, and assign daily work orders to teams.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and use of PPE.
• Maintain vehicle and tool logs; schedule vehicle maintenance.
• Utilize TheWorxHub to manage work requests, PMs and assets.
