• Maintain key and lock systems, including key inventories and security codes.
• Maintain electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for proper operation.
• Read gauges, meters, and logs to control temperature and humidity levels.
• Maintain records and documentation of maintenance activities.
• Travel between facilities to perform inspections and respond to operational issues.
