Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year (12 months) of experience in construction work or operating electrical and mechanical building equipment.
• Knowledge of building maintenance, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems.

Responsibilities

• Inspects buildings, equipment, and grounds to identify maintenance needs and report issues.
• Prepares, issues, and monitors work orders for building maintenance and repair.
• Coordinates maintenance and repair with Housing crafts and trades staff.
• Maintains related records and documentation; manages keys and access/security codes.
