Synergy Companies is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to educate customers on no-cost energy-saving programs and schedule technicians. You will canvass neighborhoods door-to-door, convey program benefits, and maintain regular communication with the office and field team.

Ideal candidates have a presentable appearance, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation to cover the Inland Empire area.

Qualifications

• Neat appearance and clear speaking.
• Positive, professional demeanor.
• Reliable transportation to cover Inland Empire territory.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Client management experience recommended.
• Basic computer and iPad skills.
• Pass drug and background screening.

Responsabilités

• Convey products and services effectively to customers in person.
• Convey the benefits of the services available to customers, training provided.
• Canvass (knocking door to door), distribute program literature, and schedule a technician for a minimum of 5 appointments daily.
• Become certified and badged for the Energy Savings Assistance Programs.
• Keep in regular communication with the office, assigned technician, and manager.
• Have a friendly and outgoing attitude.
• Remain knowledgeable about programs going on within the company.
• Maintain a presentable and professional appearance.
• Drive to different areas within the Inland Empire to offer no-cost programs.
