You will canvass neighborhoods, qualify leads, schedule assessments, and drive enrollments; compensation is primarily commission-based with training and growth opportunities; a valid CA driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in field sales or door-to-door.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven with strong motivation and targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Valid California driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Canvass residential neighborhoods to engage homeowners in the service territory.
• Educate homeowners about energy efficiency benefits and no-cost upgrade programs.
• Explain upgrades such as smart thermostats and duct sealing provided at no cost.
• Address questions and qualify leads for program enrollment.
• Schedule appointments for energy assessments or direct installations.
• Meet or exceed targets for qualified leads and enrollments.
• Maintain professionalism and comply with company policies.
• Coordinate with utility partners as needed.
