Synergy Companies is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to educate customers about no-cost energy-saving programs in their area and schedule technicians. You will canvass neighborhoods, attend ongoing trainings, and maintain professional communication with the team.

Territory covers Anaheim and surrounding cities. The role offers a commission plan plus benefits, with medical and dental insurance eligibility after 90 days of full-time employment.

Qualificações

• Ability to look presentable and speak clearly.

• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
• Basic computer and iPad skills.
• Pass Drug and background screening.

Responsabilidades

• Convey products and services effectively to customers in person.
• Convey the benefits of the services available, with training provided.
• Canvass (door to door), distribute program literature and schedule a technician for a minimum of 5 appointments daily.
• Attend bi-weekly training sessions.
• Become certified and badged for Energy Savings Assistance Programs.
• Maintain regular communication with the office, assigned technician, and manager.
• Drive to different areas within the Inland Empire to offer no-cost programs.

We are seeking a highly driven and motivated applicant to hire on our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for canvassing neighborhoods (knocking door to door), educating customers regarding no-cost programs available in their area, and presenting a friendly face to our customers. You will be responsible for attending ongoing training, remaining knowledgeable about ongoing programs, and scheduling an assigned technician. Our sales representatives are a vital part of our team in ensuring customers are properly educated regarding energy savings measures while promoting a friendly and outgoing attitude.

Responsibilities:
