Job summary

MPower Direct in Cincinnati is hiring Residential Energy Sales Representatives to engage homeowners, explain energy options, and build trust while developing sales, communication, and leadership skills.

No prior sales experience is required; we provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing mentorship. You must be coachable, competitive, and driven to perform, with full-time availability Monday–Friday, 11 AM–8 PM.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Sales experience welcome but not required
• Experience in customer service or people-focused environments can be helpful

• Introduce homeowners to renewable energy solutions and available options
• Build genuine rapport and communicate confidently with customers
• Follow up with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline
