Xcel Energy is offering a Residential Energy Product Strategy Intern position in Minnesota or Wisconsin. The role focuses on Trade Strategy, coordination of 3rd party resources, and PSAT delivery, with ownership of 1–3 key projects.

Start date is May 24, 2027, and the plan may extend based on performance and business needs. Ideal candidates are current students who can work full-time in summer or part-time during the school year, with strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills and

Qualifications

• Current student, Junior or higher enrolled in an accredited college or university.
• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Construction Science, Environmental Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, Public Policy or related area.
• Able to work full-time during summer (up to 40 hours/week) or part-time during school year (up to 20 hours/week) in-person per hybrid policy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Trade Strategy projects and provide support.
• Coordinate research and compile 3rd party resources.
• Assist with Program Satisfaction (PSAT) project coordination.
