Job summary

Xcel Energy in Minnesota (and Wisconsin) offers a Residential Energy Product Strategy Internship starting May 24, 2027. You will support trade strategy, coordinate research from 3rd party resources, and manage PSAT projects while delivering 1–3 focused initiatives.

This paid internship provides hands-on experience in energy products for residential customers. The role requires current student status, full-time summer commitment, and in-person commuting to the designated site under a hybrid

Qualifications

• Current student in accredited college or university.
• Enrolled in a degree program related toBusiness Administration, Construction Science, Environmental Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, Public Policy or related area.
• Able to work full-time during the summer (up to 40 hours/week) or part-time during the school year (up to 20 hours/week) and commute to the designated work location in-person per hybrid policy.

Responsibilities

• Trade Strategy project coordination and support.
• Research coordination and compilation of 3rd party resources.
• Program Satisfaction (PSAT) project coordination.
