Job summary

Xcel Energy is offering a Residential Energy Product Strategy Intern position in Wisconsin or Minnesota. You will support Trade Strategy, coordinate research from 3rd party resources, and help manage Program Satisfaction (PSAT) projects, delivering 1–3 key initiatives this summer.

The start date is May 24, 2027, with a potential extension based on performance and business needs. Ideal candidates are enrolled in a college or university, pursuing business, engineering or analytics degrees, and

Qualifications

• Current student enrolled in accredited college or university pursuing a degree in a listed field.
• Able to work full-time during summer (up to 40 hours a week) / part-time during the school year (up to 20 hours a week).
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills; proficient with PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Trade Strategy project coordination and support.
• Research coordination and compilation of 3rd party resources.
• Program Satisfaction (PSAT) project coordination.
