True Management, LLC is seeking a Field Technician to support energy‑efficiency work at residential sites. You will assist with attic insulation, air sealing, and related tasks, while keeping the site clean and safe. The role involves loading/unloading trucks and helping with setup and teardown.

The ideal candidate is a motivated team player who can meet physical demands and follow safety rules. Prior experience in construction or HVAC is a plus, and a valid driver's license is required.

We are an energy‑efficiency company that specializes in residential insulation, air‑sealing, appliance replacement, water heater replacements, and some HVAC installations. In this role, you will support worksite operations through manual labor tasks. This may include assisting in air‑sealing and insulation installation, keeping the worksite clean through the collection of trash, tools, and supplies, or other necessary tasks. The ideal candidate is a respectful team player with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job. Certificates, Licenses, and Background
