Job summary

A leading sustainability company is seeking a Building Performance Field Technician to conduct visual inspections and diagnostic testing for energy efficiency in residential buildings. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years licensed driving experience (5+ years preferred).
• Driving record that meets insurance criteria.
• OSHA 10 certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect new residential buildings for code compliance and energy‑efficient construction features.
• Perform diagnostic testing for whole‑house air leakage and duct leakage.
• Communicate with home builders and trades on energy‑efficiency goals.
• Accurately enter real‑time field data into energy‑modeling software.
