True Management LLC is seeking an Energy Technician to join our residential energy efficiency team in Bethlehem, PA. This entry-level role offers hands-on training to install insulation, weatherization measures, thermostats, and basic repairs under supervision.

You will learn how to assess homes, prepare job sites, and perform setup and tear-down, while following safety procedures and company guidelines. Spanish language skills are a plus, and we provide on-the-job training and benefits.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Install energy savings measures including attic insulation (batts and blown), caulking, lightbulbs, showerheads, baseboards, thermostats, and electric water heaters.
• Perform minor repairs to include windows and doors.
• Assist with loading and unloading work trucks.
• Assist with keeping the job site organized and safe.
• Assist with job site setup and tear down.
