Job summary

In Charge Electrical Services, LLC is seeking a Residential Electrical Instructor to lead a training crew on active job sites, wiring houses to code and to production speed. You will mentor 2–6 apprentices, teach NEC fundamentals and safety, and report progress to training leadership while continuing hands-on work.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience as a residential Electrician.
• Able to wire a house quickly and teach others to do the same.
• Supervisory-level field experience leading crews.
• Experience training apprentices or field teams.
• Strong NEC knowledge and job-site safety practices.
• High attention to detail.
• Valid Wireman, Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
• Clear communicator across experience levels.
• Organized with proficiency in Microsoft Office and training systems.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening.
• Dependable transportation and attendance.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead a training crew of 2 to 6 apprentices, in the field with them every day.
• Train hands-on through rough and trim installations on active job sites.
• Teach apprentices to wire houses efficiently with quality and speed.
• Maintain a high standard for detail and code compliance on each house.
• Teach NEC requirements and NFPA 70E safety as part of daily work.
• Mentor each apprentice; track progress and skills with regular checks.
• Report apprentice progress to training leadership and improve the program.
