Job summary

Bell Brothers is seeking an Electrical Installation Field Supervisor to lead residential installation crews, providing hands-on field leadership, technical guidance, and coaching. The role focuses on developing crews and preventing recurring problems, not acting as a permanent crew member.

You will help Lead Installers and Apprentices deliver safe, code-compliant work while improving productivity and homeowner experience. California licensure and strong coaching skills are required.

Qualifications

• California Residential Electrician Certification required.
• Extensive residential installation experience with complex projects.
• Ability to coach and hold field employees accountable; prior lead roles preferred.
• Strong technical judgment to translate findings into improvements.
• Excellent prioritization and communication across multiple crews.

Responsibilities

• Visit jobsites regularly to ensure safety, workmanship, productivity, and scope compliance.
• Provide technical support for complex installation challenges and inspection issues.
• Coach Lead Installers and Apprentices on planning, delegation, and crew leadership.
• Review warranty feedback and inspections to identify root causes and reduce rework.
• Evaluate performance and readiness for advancement; apply corrective coaching.
• Coordinate with management, planning, materials, and scheduling to address delays.
• Ensure project scope, pricing, and designs are not changed without authorization.
• Verify ServiceTitan records, photos, signatures, payments, and closeout.
