Job summary

In Charge Electrical Services, LLC seeks an Electrical Field Supervisor to lead residential electrical crews in Houston South. You will ensure safety, compliance with NEC and company standards, and timely project delivery while performing hands-on work as needed.

The role requires 2+ years of supervision on residential projects, a Wireman or Journeyman license, and strong communication with homeowners, builders, and teams. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of electrical superintendent experience on residential projects.
• Current Wireman or Journeyman license.
• Ability to organize, prioritize work, communicate well, and build relationships with homeowners, builders, and coworkers.
• Familiarity with computers and managing a large amount of paperwork.
• Willing to undergo a pre-employment criminal, driving, and drug screen.
• High school diploma or the equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, mentor field personnel and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient work and compliance with codes.
• Review daily schedules and coordinate day-to-day activities for employees and subcontractors.
• Plan, organize, and direct field production per project plans and schedules.
• Monitor job progress, crew performance, and logistics to maintain productivity.
• Serve as liaison between Project Managers, field electricians, office staff, builders, homeowners, and other trades.
• Coordinate and attend meetings with builders and other trades to resolve scheduling conflicts and issues.
• Ensure all electrical installations meet quality, workmanship standards and NEC requirements.
• Lead by example in safe work practices and enforce safety policies.
• Identify, report, and address safety hazards and other operational concerns.
• Assist with electrical installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting as needed.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders.
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in safe condition.
• Complete and maintain field documentation.
