Blaze Heating Cooling Electrical Plumbing is seeking an Electrical Service – Maintenance Technician in Greensboro. You will perform routine residential electrical maintenance, educate homeowners on services, and uphold safety standards while building trust with customers.

You will communicate recommendations, maintain records, and contribute to team goals with professionalism and quality workmanship. Training and growth opportunities are provided in a customer-focused residential setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in electrical maintenance, construction, trades, or a related field (training provided).
• Outgoing, customer-focused personality with ability to build rapport and influence purchasing decisions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort discussing recommended services, maintenance agreements, and system upgrades with homeowners.
• Desire to learn and develop technical and sales skills in a residential service environment.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must be 21 or older.
• Commitment to safety, professionalism, and delivering exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections of residential electrical systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance, safety, and reliability, and communicate recommendations to homeowners.
• Educate customers on available services, maintenance plans, and electrical system enhancements.
• Build trust with homeowners through professional communication and exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, and customer recommendations.
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure work is completed in compliance with applicable codes and company standards.
• Support team and departmental goals through professionalism, customer satisfaction, and quality workmanship.
