Blaze Heating Cooling Electrical Plumbing Generators in Greensboro is seeking an Electrical Service – Maintenance Technician to service residential electrical systems and improve safety and reliability.

You will perform routine maintenance and safety inspections, educate homeowners on available services and maintenance plans, maintain records, and communicate recommendations clearly while following all codes and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of electrical maintenance or related field preferred.
• Outgoing, customer-focused with ability to influence decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort discussing services, plans, and upgrades with homeowners.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.

What You’ll Need:

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort discussing recommended services, maintenance agreements, and system upgrades with homeowners.
• Desire to learn and develop technical and sales skills in a residential service environment.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must be 21 or older
