Blaze Heating Cooling Electrical Plumbing Generators in Greensboro, NC is seeking an Electrical Service – Maintenance Technician to join our top-tier residential team. You will perform routine maintenance and safety inspections of electrical systems, and educate homeowners on service options and maintenance plans.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in electrical maintenance, construction, trades, or related field (training provided).
• Outgoing, customer-focused personality with ability to build rapport.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort discussing services, maintenance agreements, and system upgrades with homeowners.
• Desire to learn technical and sales skills in a residential service environment.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must be 21 or older.
• Commitment to safety, professionalism, and delivering exceptional customer experience.
