Job summary

Blaze Heating Cooling Electrical Plumbing Generators is seeking HVAC Service Technicians in Greensboro, NC to clean, diagnose, repair, and service residential and light commercial systems. You will troubleshoot equipment, perform emergency repairs, and ensure safety compliance while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years HVAC service experience.
• Service Titan knowledge a plus.
• Must be 21 or older.
• Eligible to work in the US.
• Valid US Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record.
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.

Responsibilities

• Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems, including air handling units, ductwork, vents, and condensation drainage.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose issues.
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
• Track HVAC repairs and work completed in trade software (Service Titan).
• Engage with customers to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes, and recommend products/services for optimal system performance.
