Qualifications

• 1+ years in electrical maintenance, construction, trades, or related field (training provided).
• Outgoing, customer-focused personality with ability to build rapport.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort discussing services, maintenance agreements, and system upgrades with homeowners.
• Desire to learn technical and sales skills in a residential service environment.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must be 21 or older.
• Commitment to safety, professionalism, and delivering exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections of residential electrical systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance, safety, and reliability, and communicate recommendations to homeowners.
• Educate customers on available services, maintenance plans, and electrical system enhancements.
• Build trust with homeowners through professional communication and exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, and customer recommendations.
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure work is completed in compliance with applicable codes and company standards.
• Support team and departmental goals through professionalism, customer satisfaction, and quality workmanship.
