Job summary

The Romanoff Group of Companies, headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, with offices in eleven markets, is seeking an Electrical Project Manager - Residential to join our award-winning team. You will manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and coordination for residential electrical projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience (construction preferred).
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Proficient MS Suites (excel, word, outlook, etc.)
• Experience with project management software and reading blueprints/drawings.

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, operations, changes, resource forecasting, risks, and customer relations.
• Attend weekly job site meetings and communicate project status.
• Create and manage detailed project schedules with tasks, durations and sequencing.
• Review and process project submittals (electrical, HVAC, lighting, gear, etc.).
• Coordinate with field management, trade contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion.
