Job summary

The Romanoff Group is seeking an Electrical Project Manager in Charlotte to oversee project plans, schedules, budgets, and customer relations across our commercial and residential electrical trades.

You will develop layouts in 2D/Bluebeam, manage RFIs and submittals, coordinate with field teams, and ensure safe, compliant project delivery while mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in construction.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with project management software and reading blueprints/drawings.

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, operations, changes, risks, and customer relations.
• Develop detailed layout drawings in 2D and Bluebeam for project use.
• Attend weekly job site meetings and report status.
• Create and manage project schedules with tasks and durations.
• Review submittals and manage RFIs.
• Prepare cost estimates for changes and monthly billings.
• Monitor costs, progress, and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with field management, vendors, and suppliers.
