Brennan Heating is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer with a valid Washington Journeyman License (01 or 02) to join our team in Lynnwood, WA. This full-time role involves on-site installation of electrical systems for HVAC, generators, and related equipment, with emphasis on safety, precision, and customer service.

Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years of electrical experience and a completed apprenticeship, a clean driving record, and the ability to read blueprints and use

• Washington Journeyman License - 01 or 02.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability.

• Install electrical equipment such as generators, panels, HVAC equipment and car chargers.
• Run wire and connect to generators, condensing units and boilers.
• Run new wire in retrofit situations.
• Evaluate homes/offices for electrical safety and provide safety recommendations.

• Maintain a clean, organized jobsite and stocked truck.

Requires a high school diploma and/or any equivalent of education and experience to meet the essential functions of the job. Must have a valid driver’s license and remain insurable under our company insurance policy.
