Job summary

Brennan Heating & Air Conditioning LLC is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer in Lynnwood, WA to join our team immediately. This full-time position offers a starting hourly rate of $35 and can go up to $50 per hour based on experience, with DOE and opportunities for commission and spiff incentives.

The role requires a WA Journeyman Electrical License (01 or 02), a clean driving record, and a minimum of three years electrical experience.

Qualifications

• Washington Electrical Journeyman License (01 or 02) required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Minimum three years of electrical experience and completion of formal apprenticeship.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical equipment such as generators, panels, HVAC equipment and car chargers.
• Run wire and connect to generators, condensing units and boilers.
• Run new wiring in retrofit situations.
• Update wiring, switch plates, recessed lighting and outlets.
• Evaluate homes/offices for electrical safety and make recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical equipment such as generators, panels, hvac equipment and car chargers
• Run wire and connect to generators, condensing units and boilers
• Run new wire in retrofit situations
• Update miscellaneous wiring, switch plate, recessed lighting and outlets
• Evaluate homes and offices for electrical safety and make safety recommendations to clients as needed
• Establish trust and rapport with clients
• Use electrical formulas to determine pipe fill, device, panel size and disconnect
• Operate in a professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized jobsite, work area and well inventoried truck

Qualifications/Skills Required

Education and Experience

This position requiresaminimumthree (3) years ofpreviouselectrical experience and the completion of a formal apprenticeship.Requires a high school diploma and/orany equivalent of education and experience to meet the essential functions of the job.Must have a valid driver’s license and remain insurable under our company insurance policy.
