Brennan Heating in Lynnwood, WA is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our team immediately. You will install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and related components in residential homes.

The role requires at least six months in HVAC installation, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license. We offer a stable, year-round workload, competitive hourly pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Six months HVAC installation experience or more.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability under company policy.

Responsabilités

• Install HVAC equipment in residential homes per manufacturer specs and local codes.
• Troubleshoot, start-up, and operate HVAC systems to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Install duct systems (flex and sheet metal) and refrigerant lines, including brazing and soldering.
• Ensure gas line connections are secure and perform hole cutting, framing and finishing.
• Verify thermostat functionality and load materials into the company vehicle.
• Follow safety trainings and company procedures; maintain company vehicle.
• Provide training and guidance to Install Helpers as needed.
• Participate in meetings and trainings and perform other duties as assigned.

Lead HVAC Installer$40.00 –$50.00/hour DOEFull-Time | Experienced | Day ShiftBrennan Heating & Air is hiring an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our team immediately..What We OfferStarting rate: $40–$50/hour DOEMedical, dental and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and paid holidaysCompany-provided vehicle, where applicableCompany-provided uniformsOngoing technical training and professional developmentCareer advancement opportunitiesStable, year-round workSupportive team environment with a respected local companyThe Lead Installer is responsible for installation of HVAC equipment into residential customer’s homes including but not limited to furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers and other related components.Essential Job FunctionsE Install HVAC equipment into residential customer homes per manufacturer specifications, company policy, local and state required codes.E Effectively perform the functions of equipment troubleshooting, installation, start-up, operation and other duties as required to ensure customer satisfaction.E Perform installation of flex and sheet metal duct systems in residential buildings to AMI Quality Standards, required code and job specifications.E Perform installation of refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including brazing and soldering.E Ensure gas line connections and fittings to are properly secured.E Perform metal and wood hole cutting, framing and nailing outlets as required by job specifications.E Ensure functionality of thermostats to control HVAC system is operational.E Verify all materials and equipment required for each scheduled job and load into company vehicle.E Perform all duties in accordance with appropriate safety trainings and regulations as defined by company policy and procedure.E Ensure that company vehicle is maintained and operated in accordance to company driving policy.E Provide knowledge, training and guidance to Install Helpers to assist in the development of skills necessary to perform HVAC installation job requirements.E Participate and attend all required employee meetings and trainings.N Other duties as assigned.CompetenciesThis position requires strong time management skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards in stressful situations. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written. This position requires a self-starter with excellent problem-solving, analytical skills and mechanical aptitude.Education and ExperienceThis position requires a minimum of six months prior HVAC installation experience. Requires a high school diploma and/or any equivalent of education and experience to meet the essential functions of the job. Must have a valid driver’s license and remain insurable under our company insurance policy.
