This role is physically active and requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and climb throughout the workday; lift, carry and move materials and tools up to 50 pounds; use hand and power tools safely; work at heights using ladders and lifts on multi‑story residential construction sites; wear required personal protective equipment; maintain consistent attendance and stamina for full shifts; and work in indoor and outdoor conditions including heat, humidity, dust, and noise.
