General Job Description: Join Our Electrical Team! We are hiring Residential Apprentice Electricians/Electrical Helpers in San Antonio, TX to learn the trade and grow career. Great opportunity to gain hands‑on field experience working alongside experienced electricians on residential electrical installations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in house rough‑in work, including measuring, cutting, and pulling wire.
• Install trim components such as plugs, lights, fixtures, and switches.
• Carry materials and tools to support the leadman and crew.
• Clean and maintain the work area and equipment.
• Maintain a professional working relationship with the leadman and team members.
• Communicate progress, issues, and solutions to management when needed.
• Follow company safety policies and promptly report hazards.
• Take direction effectively and contribute to a productive team environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Electrical experience and knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and electrical layouts.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Physical & Work Environment

This role is physically active and requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and climb throughout the workday; lift, carry and move materials and tools up to 50 pounds; use hand and power tools safely; work at heights using ladders and lifts on multi‑story residential construction sites; wear required personal protective equipment; maintain consistent attendance and stamina for full shifts; and work in indoor and outdoor conditions including heat, humidity, dust, and noise.
