Tribble Electric, based in Glen Allen, VA, is seeking a Department Manager for the Residential New Construction unit. You will oversee revenue, gross profit, and overhead, while cultivating builder and developer relationships to secure profitable work.

The role emphasizes pricing strategy, unit density, and talent development to support growth. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in residential electrical construction, a strong track record in leadership, and a data-driven approach to budgeting

Qualifications

• Ten or more years in residential electrical construction.
• Proven business development capability with builder/developer relationships.
• Ownership of profit and loss and ability to read work-in-place reports.

Responsabilités

• Own the profit and loss for the Residential unit, including revenue and overhead.
• Build builder and developer relationships and bring qualified work.
• Own pricing for residential work, including per unit/plan pricing and escalation.
• Drive unit density and organize annual plans and budgets.
• Monitor billing and variances to prevent losses.
