Job summary

Tribble Electric is hiring a Residential Electrician to support our Residential New Construction Department. You will perform high‑quality electrical installations in new home builds, lead small crews, and ensure work meets NEC, safety standards, and project timelines.

You will read blueprints, troubleshoot systems, and coordinate with builders and inspectors while maintaining professionalism and a strong focus on customer service.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of residential electrical experience, with emphasis on new construction.
• Experience with residential generator installations and electrical renovations/remodels.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license required.
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Experience leading small crews and managing daily jobsite operations.
• Ability to read blueprints, troubleshoot electrical systems, and ensure code compliance.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional communication skills and a commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.
• Must meet driving requirements, including a valid Virginia license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installations in residential new construction projects in accordance with NEC and company standards.
• Lead small crews and support development of apprentices on the job.
• Maintain productivity and ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Communicate professionally with builders, inspectors, team members, and supervisors.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues, document work completed, and ensure materials are identified and secured.
• Uphold all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized jobsite.
• Assist in ensuring overall project quality and customer satisfaction.
