Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the electrical department, ensuring operational excellence and team development.
2. Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment in residential settings.
3. Conduct troubleshooting to identify and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
4. Ensure all work complies with Ohio state codes and safety regulations.
5. Collaborate with HVAC and plumbing teams to provide integrated solutions.
6. Oversee project scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
7. Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to achieve performance goals.
8. Deliver outstanding customer service, communicating timelines and costs clearly.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in residential electrical installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
2. Leadership experience in managing teams or departments.
