You will travel between homes, adapt to changing environments, and follow individualized support plans. A high school diploma or GED and 18+ years of age are required, with valid driver’s license preferred for transportation duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of Direct Support experience or equivalent.
• Staff must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Be a primary advocate for individuals served, ensuring health, safety and welfare at all times.
• Help individuals develop life skills, independence, and participation in recreational and community activities.
• Assist with transportation, daily living tasks, and documentation of progress in logs and records.
