Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with disabilities preferred.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.
• Background check clearance required.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily tasks including meal prep, personal hygiene, and household chores.
• Provide emotional support and encouragement to residents.
• Implement care plans and behavior support strategies.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment.
• Document and report changes or incidents to supervisors.
