Qualifications

• Some drain cleaning experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and team.
• Positive attitude, calm and professional in challenging situations.
• High integrity and desire for continuous improvement.
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Locate and diagnose residential drain and sewer issues, assessing work scope.
• Explain problems and repair options to homeowners with transparent costs.
• Clean, unclog, and maintain sewer and drain lines with professional equipment.
• Complete service records, warranties, and paperwork via our mobile platform.
• Keep the company truck clean, organized, and stocked, following safety standards.
• Participate in morning huddles, training, and team retreats.
