Mr. Holland’s Home Services in Milwaukee area is hiring a Residential Drain Technician to diagnose and repair residential drainage issues, travel to local job sites daily, and maintain a clean truck while following safety standards.

• Complete service records, warranties, and paperwork via our mobile platform.
• Keep the company truck clean, organized, and stocked, following safety standards.
• Participate in morning huddles, training, and team retreats.

Work Location: Jackson, WI and surrounding area

Work Arrangement: On-site and field-based

Employment Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday through Friday; daily hours vary based on active business demands. This is a variable full-time role up to 40 hours per week, with weekly hours fluctuating alongside seasonal business needs and project volume. To meet shifting operational deadlines, occasional overtime, evening, or weekend work may be required.

Travel: Daily travel to residential/commercial job sites throughout the local branch’s service region.

• Compensation: $18.00-30.00/hr

What You'll Do:

• Locate and diagnose residential drain and sewer issues, assessing the scope of work required.
• Clearly explain problems and repair options to homeowners with transparent cost assessments.
• Clean, unclog, and maintain sewer and drain lines using professional-grade equipment.
• Complete all service records, warranties, and paperwork accurately via our mobile platform.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked company truck while adhering to all safety and service standards.
• Actively participate in morning huddles, technical training sessions, and team retreats.

What You Bring:

• Experience:Some drain cleaning experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right "coachable" candidate.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to connect with customers and the team.
• Attitude: A positive attitude and the ability to remain calm and professional in "messy" situations.
• Integrity:High integrity with a strong desire for continuous improvement.
• Reliability:Valid driver’s license with an insurable record.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50-75 lbs.
• Ability to frequent stoop, kneel and crouch to work in tight spaces.
• Ability to climb and work from ladders.
• Must be able to work in both extreme heat and cold, as well as adverse weather conditions.
• Must be able to push, pull, and carry heavy equipment.

Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $18.00-30.00/hr based on experience.

Range Basis: Within this range, an individual's starting pay is determined by several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, qualifications, professional experience, and internal equity across our organization.

Other Compensation: Overtime eligibility. See benefits listed above.

Overtime Classification: Hourly, non-exempt.
