Bee's Plumbing And Heating is seeking a Drain Technician to diagnose drain and sewer concerns, clear lines and explain findings to homeowners. You will work independently in the field, coordinating with Camera Technicians, Dispatch and the Sewer Supervisor to provide customer solutions and plan the next steps for permanent repairs.

The role emphasizes safety, quality workmanship, and professional customer interactions, with the team supporting field coaching and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of sewer systems and repair/installation practices.
• Strong diagnostic and analytical skills to assess problems and explain next steps.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to understand concerns, assess drain and sewer systems and diagnose problems.
• Perform drain clearing safely and efficiently, meeting quality standards and local codes.
• Explain findings and next steps, guiding homeowners toward permanent sewer-line repair.
• Coordinate with Camera Technicians, Dispatch and Sewer Supervisor for solutions and inspections.
• Protect people, vehicles and homes; follow safety procedures and report violations.
• Keep job sites clean and maintain accurate written records of work.
• Represent Bee's Plumbing professionally with a customer-focused approach and effective communication.
• Collaborate with managers and departments, attend meetings and assist with field coaching.
