Job summary

Higharc, a VC-backed startup, is seeking a Residential Drafter | Implementation Specialist to join our Implementation team. You will translate production homebuilder workflows and plan sets into the Higharc platform and serve as a trusted technical expert for customers and internal teams.

You’ll lead implementation of builder homes into the Higharc Editor, act as the primary technical contact for builder leads, provide pre-sales support, and deliver QA/QC.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of residential drafting or architectural design.
• Proficient in CAD/BIM; produce construction documents.
• Understanding of U.S. building practices and codes.
• Experience managing projects through to completion.
• Subject matter expert able to establish credibility quickly.
• Potential to lead a team and manage internal/external resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of builder homes into Higharc Editor and manage progress.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for builder product leads.
• Represent Higharc in pre-sales conversations and provide ongoing support.
• Deliver QA/QC on Editor, log bugs with context.
• Provide structured feedback to inform product direction.
• Assist architecture/engineering in defining requirements from field experience.
