Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and supervision for daily operations of residence(s).
• Supervise staff; provide coaching and mentoring for residential counselor duties.
• Maintain resident health care needs and coordinate treatment plans.

• Manage medication protocols, documentation, and auditing.
• Prepare staff evaluations and program reports; monitor budgets and auditing.
• Coordinate safety, fire drills, and site maintenance; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead staff meetings, manage schedules, payroll, and communication with funding sources.
• Participate in Emergency On-Call rotation and provide back-up for the Program Manager.

This is a benefits eligible position with paid time off.Responsibilities:Provide direction and supervision for daily operations of residence(s)Supervise staff; provide direction, instruction, reflective coaching, and mentoring for all aspects of residential counselor job responsibilities; ensure staff members have thorough training and re-training as needed; engage each individual team member to contribute to the overall health and well-being of the individualsProvide ongoing training and modeling to staff in areas of professional boundaries, interpersonal skills, quality of work, teamwork, work habits and relationship to consumersDisplay and foster positive communication; promote environment of courtesy and respect for all.Maintain and monitor individual’s clinical, medical, health care needs. Provide training and support to staff to ensure treatment plans, specialized protocols are executed thoroughlyParticipate in development and implementation of Individual Service PlansProvide regular opportunities for resident participation in wellness activities, individual/group activities in the community and at homeManagement of resident medication protocols including ordering, documentation and auditingMaintain tracking, documentation, communication and site books, confidential recordsAdhere to established budgets for residential program.
