Job summary

The Epilepsy Center of Northwest Ohio is seeking a Direct Support Supervisor - Residential to lead and support Direct Support Professionals in our Lucas & Wood Counties, OH residential programs. This full-time role focuses on creating a safe, person-centered home and ensuring high-quality care with compliance across programs.

You'll coordinate staffing, training, and daily operations, participate in on-call weekend rotations, and help individuals achieve greater independence and community

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of experience in caregiving, developmental disabilities, healthcare, or human services.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background checks and required screenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
• Create a safe, welcoming, and person-centered home environment.
• Ensure high-quality care and compliance across residential programs.
• Support individuals in achieving greater independence and community inclusion.
• Coordinate staffing, training, scheduling, and daily operations.
• Participate in an on-call weekend rotation and provide support when needed.
