Job summary

The Epilepsy Center of Northwest Ohio seeks a Direct Support Supervisor - Residential in Lucas & Wood Counties, OH. This full-time role leads Direct Support Professionals, fosters a safe, person-centered home, and ensures high-quality care across residential programs.

You will support individuals to live with independence and belonging, coordinate staffing and training, and participate in an on-call weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of experience in caregiving, developmental disabilities, healthcare, or human services.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background checks and required screenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
• Create a safe, welcoming, and person-centered home environment
• Ensure high-quality care and compliance across residential programs
• Support individuals in achieving greater independence and community inclusion
• Coordinate staffing, training, scheduling, and daily operations
• Participate in an on-call weekend rotation and provide support when needed
