Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with related education/experience equivalence.
• Minimum six months of related full-time experience.
• Must obtain CPR and First Aid within 90 days of hire.
• Valid driver's license with driving record meeting standards.
• Possession or ability to obtain Medication Management and ID Orientation trainings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals with ID/DD in a 24-hour residential setting.
• Assist with daily living activities and behavior supports as directed.
• Ensure safety and compliance with state/city driving standards and policies.
