Dreams With Wings Inc. seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide compassionate care in a residential setting for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities. You will help with daily living tasks, maintain safety, and support community inclusion.

Responsibilities include medication assistance after training, documenting daily notes, and attending required meetings and trainings. Must be 21+, have a year of experience, and hold CPR/First Aid certification.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old with one year of direct experience supporting individuals.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Annual TB test required.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide supervision, care, and support to individuals while ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
• Assist individuals with daily living skills, including personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, ambulation, toileting, bathing, feeding, meal planning and preparation.

Formação

High School Diploma or equivalent

One year of direct experience

Ability to lift individuals
