Dreams With Wings Inc. in Kentucky is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for the Personal Assistance Program.

This role provides one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to enhance community involvement and daily independence. You will work as part of a team, uphold mission and standards, and be an essential worker responsible for care, safety, and supervision while promoting dignity and choice for participants, including transportation support

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 21 years of age; OR 18+ with 1 year of direct-support experience.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Annual TB test required.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance required.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist individuals up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and model the mission, vision, core values, and professional standards.
• Provide individualized, person-centered support tailored to each participant.
• Serve as a mandated reporter for abuse, neglect, or exploitation.
