Qualificações

• Direct care experience (minimum 6 months) in a care setting.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver license required for community transport and outings.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure individuals’ health, safety, and welfare and support community inclusion.
• Participate in development and implementation of support plans.
• Provide supervision as outlined in individual plans.
• Assist with social, emotional, cognitive, physical, and independent living skills.
• Develop skills in daily living, money management, housekeeping, and hygiene.
• Comply with DHS regulatory requirements.
• Administer medications where permitted.
• Maintain accurate records and reports in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with families and service providers; participate in meetings.
• Transport individuals for outings or appointments.
• Manage personal and financial transactions for individuals.
